Individual Grief Support

1:1 Grief Coaching

Personalized support for complex loss and dementia-related grief. Grief is never one-dimensional, and for many, it’s layered, complicated, and deeply personal. Whether you are navigating the dual grief of Alzheimer’s or dementia (before and after loss) or the unique challenges of complex loss; such as multiple losses, overlapping grief experiences, or loss intertwined with care giving, this space is for you.

In our 1:1 coaching sessions, we create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can share your story, process your emotions, and rediscover your sense of self. Our work is grounded in Compassion, Connection, and Resilience, blending gentle guidance with practical tools to help you navigate:

  • The emotional complexity of dementia and Alzheimer’s loss

  • Anticipatory grief and the shifting roles of caregiving

  • Layered grief from multiple or compounded losses Guilt, anger, relief, and other emotions that feel hard to name

  • Identity shifts and rebuilding after loss Mindfulness practices for emotional grounding

What’s Included:

  • 12 weeks of weekly 60-minute sessions (virtual or in-person)

  • Tailored exercises, journaling prompts, and mindfulness practices

  • Access to a private resource library with grief tools and meditations

  • Email support between sessions for ongoing encouragement

Support Groups

6 Week Resilience & Mindfulness Support Series In-person or virtual sessions for those who’ve lost a loved one to dementia or Alzheimer’s, or experienced complex loss. Each week blends guided mindfulness, creative expression, and group connection, helping you move toward healing while honoring your unique grief. 

 

4 Session Caregiver Post-Loss Support Series
In-person or virtual sessions specifically for caregivers navigating life after the death of a loved one with dementia. Hands-on activities, self-discovery exercises, and mindfulness practices help you find your footing and rediscover yourself beyond the role of caregiver.
