The Wildflower Grove

A 12-Week Grief Support Experience for Moms Raising Kids After Loss Both

You can be deeply grieving and still be the one everyone needs.

You can miss the person you lost and still be the person your children turn to.

You can love the life you're living while grieving the life—and the people—you thought would be here for it.

There has to be room for both.

The Wildflower Grove was created for moms who are raising children while carrying the loss of someone deeply significant—especially the loss of a parent or someone who helped shape who you are.

For 12 weeks, a small group of moms will come together to talk about the things that can be hard to say anywhere else.

The exhaustion.

The guilt.

The moments you desperately want to call the person who isn't here.

The way loss changes how you parent.

The pressure to keep everything moving when part of you wants the world to stop.

And the strange experience of feeling genuinely grateful for the life in front of you while simultaneously aching for what—and who—is missing from it.

Here, you don't have to choose between those things.

We hold both.

What is The Wildflower Grove?

The Wildflower Grove is a small, intentionally held community of no more than 10–12 moms who will move through the full 12-week experience together.

This isn't about fixing your grief or teaching you how to move on.

Instead, we'll make space for your story, explore how grief is showing up in your life and motherhood, reconnect with the person you lost, and find ways to care for yourself while continuing to care for the people who depend on you.

Some weeks we'll talk.

Some weeks we'll write.

We'll slow down, breathe, create, remember, laugh, probably cry, and practice ways to feel a little more grounded when life feels like too much.

Most importantly, you'll be doing it alongside other moms who understand what it means to be grieving while life keeps asking things of you.

What We'll Explore Together

Over our 12 weeks, we'll gently explore:

Your Story
Making room for what happened, who you lost, and what you're carrying now.

The Unseen Weight
The exhaustion, mental load, overwhelm, and emotional weight that can exist underneath everyday life.

Motherhood & Grief
How loss can change the way you parent, what you worry about, what matters to you, and how you experience your children growing.

Grief in the Body
Understanding overwhelm and learning simple grounding and self-regulation practices you can return to outside of the Grove.

Identity
Who you were before the loss, who you are now, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten buried underneath survival and responsibility.

Missing What Should Have Been
The advice you still want. The milestones they should have seen. The relationship you imagined your children having with them. The future you thought would look different.

Relationships After Loss
Navigating partners, siblings, friendships, family dynamics, boundaries, and the loneliness of feeling misunderstood.

Roots & Legacy
Remembering what your person gave you, recognizing what lives on through you, and finding meaningful ways to share those roots with your children.

Growing Forward
Making space for joy, purpose, creativity, connection, and the person you're becoming—without needing to leave your grief or your person behind.

Why Wildflowers?

Wildflowers don't all bloom at the same time.

They don't grow in perfectly straight lines.

They respond to different seasons, different conditions, and different amounts of light.

And somehow, they can still grow alongside one another.

I think grief is a lot like that.

There is no timeline here. No expectation that you should be further along. No pressure to find the lesson, silver lining, or next version of yourself.

You don't have to bloom here.

You just have to come as you are.

The Investment

$825 for the complete 12-week experience

Your enrollment reserves your place in the Wildflower Grove for all 12 weeks and includes your mailed Wildflower Grove package and resources.

Payment plan options are available.

Because connection and consistency are such an important part of this experience, enrollment is limited to 10–12 moms, and the Grove will remain closed once our 12 weeks begin.

Is The Wildflower Grove for Me?

The Grove may feel like the right place for you if you're raising children while grieving someone who mattered deeply to you.

Maybe you lost a parent and keep reaching for the phone because they're still the person you want to call.

Maybe you're navigating birthdays, holidays, graduations, ordinary Tuesdays, and your children's milestones while noticing exactly who isn't there.

Maybe you've become very good at functioning while quietly carrying a lot.

Or maybe you're simply tired of feeling like motherhood and grief are two separate conversations.

Here, they don't have to be.

There is room for your children.

There is room for the person you lost.

There is room for the life you're living now.

And there is room for you.

Come grow alongside us.
